The setup wizard allows you to set up various parts of the mail server quickly and easily, hiding many of the more complex options. To make it even easier, most of the options are explained in detail on the wizard to help understanding. The setup wizard can be re-run at any time from the settings in various places, each starting at a different stage within the overall setup wizard to satisfy the appropriate request.
The general setup wizard allows you to set up the most vital parts of your mail server quickly and easily, enabling you to get your server online in minutes. The wizard sets up the General settings, enables services and allows you to add Domains and Users or Static Routes for the Domains. At the end of the general setup wizard you will be prompted to perform system diagnostics, which make sure that there are no serious configuration problems.
The SPAM wizard quickly and easily allows you to configure almost all the SPAM filters in a matter of seconds. The only filter unaffected is the Bayesian Filter, as this is more complicated and requires extra attention. The wizard provides you with 4 default level settings: Off, Low, Medium and High. We recommend you opt for the Low or Medium settings as these will offer good SPAM protection with balanced false positives.
The Domain wizard allows you to add Domains to the mail server, hiding many of the more complex options to make it easier. Once a Domain has been added, the wizard will prompt you to add Users to any Standard Domains or a Static Route for any Backup Domains.
The User wizard allows you to add Users to a selected Domain on the mail server, hiding many of the more complex options to make it easier. Users are placed in a particular Group if one is provided or into the default Group if one was not specified.
